Bringing some of the top names in bluegrass to Liberty Square every 3rd Friday at 7 p.m., May - September. In case of rain the event is held at the Sparta Civic Center, 514 E. Bockman Way. Free and family friendly.

Celebrate the 155th White County Agricultural Fair
"An Award Winning Century Fair"

Fresh produce is available at the Farmers Market, open from 7 a.m., until the supply is depleted every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at Metcalf Park, from May until the end of September. Metcalf Park is located at Liberty Square and Maple Street, just west of the historic American Legion building off Bockman Way. Mid State Gun and Knife Show
Sponsored by the Mid-State Sportsman's Club, the event is held at the
White County Agricultural Complex. Booths are available.
Admission is $5 for adults, children under 12 admitted free with adult.
Doors open from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18, and 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 19

13th Annual Liberty Square Celebration &
Lester Flatt Memorial Bluegrass Day Celebration
held on quaint, Historic Downtown Sparta Square. Festivities will 
begin at 11 a.m. with the music throughout the day. Watch for more details later.
Upper Cumberland crafters, food vendors, commercial booths, kids games, rides, 
and a huge Truck and Car Show. A multitude of prizes
and huge fireworks display will complete the day of fun.
