The Stewart Foundation Run

The Meadows Subdivision 5K and One Mile Run. One mile fun run to begin at 6:30pm with the 5K to follow at 7:00pm. Pre-registration by June 1st. May register up until race time. $25.00 for 5K includes a t-shirt if you pre-register. $12.00 for one mile fun run. All children under the age of 12 will receive a metal.

Summer Reading Plans

The White County Library will present for the thirteenth year of Read Out-the youth summer program designed for middle and high school students. The theme for this year's program is "Spark A Reaction"! 

Also back is the tenth annual Porch Swing Adult Summer Reading Club.

Sign up sheets will be available in May at the Library.

B.A.M. Backpack Assist Ministry is designed to provide backpacks, school supplies and personal hygiene items for students in our area. This event will take place Saturday August 9, 2014 at the White County Industrial Complex (at the fair grounds) from 8:00 am- 10:00 am. Information on various school functions will be available. 

Volunteers are welcomed.
